Refund policy

If for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused SnapPack bags purchased from getsnappack.com can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund unless the product is noted as final sale. Any shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. Refund is subject to confirmation of returned product received and processed at our warehouse.

If returning outside the 30 day window, please reach out to support@getsnappack.com for valid address to ship to and further instructions. 

SnapPack only accepts returns of product purchased from GetSnapPack.com. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers. All SnapPack items are eligible for returns unless stated as final sale. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
