Meet Kevin, Kaden (formerly Kate), and Randall—fondly nicknamed "The Big 3" after the beloved TV show This Is Us. Their story began in an unlikely place: the crawl space of our house in Eugene, Oregon. In March 2020, as the world was facing uncertain times, we kept hearing faint, mysterious cries beneath our floorboards. Curiosity led us to investigate, and what we found was nothing short of heartwarming—a trio of tiny, five-week-old kittens huddled together, with no mother in sight.

Determined to give these fragile babies a fighting chance, we sprang into action, bottle-feeding them and taking them to the vet for care. As the days passed, the bond between us and these kittens grew unbreakable. It was clear—this was no ordinary rescue; it was destiny.

When we discovered all three kittens were boys, we lovingly re-named Kate to Kaden, and "The Big 3" officially became “The Boys.” Inseparable since birth, Kevin, Kaden, and Randall continue to be the best of friends, spending their days cuddled together in adorable puddles of fluff.

For us, life now revolves around showering these meant-to-be pets with endless love and affection. The Big 3 aren’t just cats—they’re our family, a reminder that sometimes, the most extraordinary blessings come from the most unexpected places.
